THE PROCESS
FIRST STEP
We will start the process by having a consultation with you. The consultation can be in person, over whatsapp call or email. We do communicate a lot over whatsapp, as this makes the process a lot easier.
After the consultation we take everything together by starting the design process of designing your dream piece.
Ans as soon as you are happy with the design, we will send a quotation for you to accept before we go into production.
SECOND STEP
After you accepted the quotation, we will do a 3D design. We do this so that you can have a realistic picture of how the jewellery piece will look after production. And to give you the opportunity to make changes if you want to. When you are happy with the 3D design, we start with crafting your jewellery piece.
Some pieces are made by hand from start to finish and some pieces are made by doing a wax print, then casted with the desired metal, hand finished after cast, polished and then we set the stones.
THIRD STEP
As soon as the jewellery piece is finished, we do quality control and inspect the piece to make sure everything matches expectations. After that we will do a Valuation Certificate with all the important information on.
FINAL STEP
We take photos and videos of your gorgeous new jewellery piece.
And with grateful hearts we package your order and book the courier.
And off it goes to its new owner.
