We offer reliable shipping via The Courier Guy at a flat rate of R160.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

We arrange courier delivery for your convenience. However, once the parcel has been handed over to you or the courier service,

VEERS cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur thereafter.

Please note that we use a trusted third-party courier service on your behalf.

While we take great care in preparing your order,

VEERS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once the parcel has left our premises and is in the care of the courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At VEERS, we do not offer refunds on any products.

However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned within 10 days of the purchase date

  • A proof of purchase is required

  • All sale items, earrings, custom designs, engraved, or stamped items are not eligible for exchange or return

 

Please note:

The exchange value applies only to the jewellery piece(s).

Original courier fees are not refundable or included in the exchange value.

For online exchanges, courier costs will be your responsibility,

and must be arranged accordingly.

 

If you’re unhappy with the quality of your item upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can assist. In certain cases, we may offer online credit,

limited to the purchase price of the item.
